Check out fluidFIT’s Intro to Fitness specialized small-group training program. Limited to a maximum of 4 people this program will cover mobility exercises to increase flexibility, proper exercise technique education, and resistance training workouts. This program is tailored to those with little to no gym or workout experience.
Near the Ottawa Trainyards
The program will be comprised of two 60 minute workouts per week for 8 weeks, with an option for extension. This will allow you to gain knowledge of fundamental exercises, to feel comfortable in a gym setting, to learn how to use and adjust machines and how to set up a general workout.
