Fascial Release Therapy
A one on one approach, developed by John Sutherland, in which the practitioner and client are both actively involved in attempting to reconfigure the fascia, a connective tissue support system, that when inhibited can cause pain and restrict proper and full joint and muscle range of motion.
Available in 60, 75, and 90 minute sessions.
Animal Flow
