WHAT MAKES fluidFIT DIFFERENT?

At fluidFIT, our philosophy is simple: to create a strong and mobile body. We believe in increasing overall mobility, building both general and specific strength, and equipping you with the skills to obtain mastery over your movement. It is not a choice between stretching versus strengthening, but a balance between the two to achieve your best physical self. We want you to feel confident in your body’s ability to navigate whatever life demands of you—whether that means reaching your peak athletic performance, maintaining ease of movement, staying active through pregnancy and postpartum, or simply elevating your fitness to the next level.

Andrea

Personal Trainer/Owner

Andrea has been actively strength training for over twenty years, developing a deep passion for teaching others about their bodies, increasing their strength, and mastering proper form. Her approach to fitness is rooted in a lifelong appreciation for movement, which began with 13 years of ballet and jazz training. This foundation gave her an intimate understanding of body mechanics and the pursuit of physical mastery—an ethos that continues to shape her coaching today.
 
In 2018, Andrea faced one of her greatest challenges. A serious car accident left her with multiple broken bones—including fractures in her right foot and ankle—along with severe bruising to her tailbone, ribs, knees, and hands. This was just a year after recovering from a broken wrist due to a skating accident on the Canal. These injuries could have ended her training journey, but instead, they reshaped it. Andrea’s road to recovery was not just about healing—it was about rebuilding strength, mobility, and confidence from the ground up. This personal experience gave her a unique perspective on movement, injury rehabilitation, and resilience, reinforcing her belief that setbacks do not define us; how we respond to them does.
 
Andrea now uses her expertise—and her firsthand understanding of injury recovery—to help others overcome their own physical challenges. Whether you are recovering from an accident, rebuilding strength post-pregnancy, or simply striving to move and feel better, Andrea’s coaching is tailored to support you in regaining confidence and control over your body.
 
Andrea’s journey is proof that the body is capable of incredible recovery and transformation. With her guidance, you too can rebuild, strengthen, and thrive.
