Andrea tailored a personal training program to specifically help me prepare for climbing high altitude volcanoes in Ecuador. This will be discussed and determined in your free consultation. We will figure out what will be practical for your lifestyle and your goals.

Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.

The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.

At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury. Sign up today!

Personal Trainer/Owner

Andrea has been actively strength training for over twenty years, developing a deep passion for teaching others about their bodies, increasing their strength, and mastering proper form. Her approach to fitness is rooted in a lifelong appreciation for movement, which began with 13 years of ballet and jazz training. This foundation gave her an intimate understanding of body mechanics and the pursuit of physical mastery—an ethos that continues to shape her coaching today.
 
In 2018, Andrea faced one of her greatest challenges. A serious car accident left her with multiple broken bones—including fractures in her right foot and ankle—along with severe bruising to her tailbone, ribs, knees, and hands. This was just a year after recovering from a broken wrist due to a skating accident on the Canal. These injuries could have ended her training journey, but instead, they reshaped it. Andrea’s road to recovery was not just about healing—it was about rebuilding strength, mobility, and confidence from the ground up. This personal experience gave her a unique perspective on movement, injury rehabilitation, and resilience, reinforcing her belief that setbacks do not define us; how we respond to them does.
 
Andrea now uses her expertise—and her firsthand understanding of injury recovery—to help others overcome their own physical challenges. Whether you are recovering from an accident, rebuilding strength post-pregnancy, or simply striving to move and feel better, Andrea’s coaching is tailored to support you in regaining confidence and control over your body.
