fluidFIT will provide you with the tools you need to achieve your goals.
Increase Overall Mobility
fluidFIT’s concepts are based on increasing your overall mobility, your general and specific strength, and equipping you with the skills to obtain mastery over your body. It is not a choice between stretching versus strengthening, but a delicate balance between the two to achieve your best physical self.
Create a strong and mobile body
At fluidFIT, our philosophy is simple: to create a strong and mobile body. We want you to feel confident in your body’s ability to navigate through whatever is demanded of you. Whether that be to reach your physical peak, gain an increased ease of movement, stay active throughout and after pregnancy, or simply elevate your current fitness level.

Previous to that, having studied ballet and jazz for 13 years, it gave her the foundation of and appreciation for movement and the achievement of physical mastery that she endlessly pursues. Andrea has been actively strength training for the past 15 years and developed a love for teaching others about their bodies and how to increase their strength and embody proper form.
Andrea enjoys combining the many and seemingly opposite aspects of various movement modalities that she has studied to create a cohesive and fluid movement and mobility system. Pre and Post Natal Fitness is also an area of specialization for Andrea. She loves to work with women preparing for a pregnancy, training women safely and confidently throughout their pregnancy, as well as, helping women to recover physically and regain their strength postnatally.
